3. Abnormal noise in a fixed area: Check if the gearbox fasteners are loose. Inspect the fasteners and use the specified ones.

4. Operating temperature too high: Check if the lubricating oil is excessive or has aged and deteriorated, or if there are many impurities; for gearboxes with cooling fans, if the housing surface is too dirty, clean the housing and the cooling fan air intake; check if the cooling system is faulty.

5. Temperature too high at the bearing position: Check if the lubricating oil is excessive or has aged and deteriorated; check if the lubrication pump is damaged or the bearings are damaged. If the hardened gear reducer is found to be damaged, it should be replaced promptly.

6.
